Could not be more professional
Very easy to book car in. Was given the date I wanted. Car was collected and brought back the same day. All nice and clean. Was kept informed of what they had done.
When your car is booked in, waiting in the waiting room for any length of time specifically when you've identified you'll be there at a certain time is frustrating. Ideally, you want to be in and out.
Helpful staff and efficient service
The service was excellent.I particularly liked the video that was sent to me.All very professional and customer friendly.
Staff were extremely helpful. Especially Scott and Porsche who always offer a service with a smile and make it a joy to visit JCT600.
An MOT was carried out correctly and I was happy with this but my car is still showing a warning light. I called the servicing team back and I believe her name was Porscha to find out the reason why. It was a faulty sensor. Still not in touch.

JCT600 in Bradford are an excellent garage
After the service I changed my wheels to put my winter tyres on. On talking the old tyres off I noticed uneven tyre wear on the front. Took the car to Halfords. Got the tracking checked and it was found to be out. This should have been picked up.
Car wasnt cleened
The clutch fault was sorted with a new clutch kit and now drives like a new car again
There is room for improvement at JCT600. Generally slow to answer the phone and take a bit too long to call back.
No courtesy car ready despite being booked, also insurance cost higher than one quoted when booking. Informed software update carried out, but no changes to version evident. Still waiting for replacement part.

Even though my BMW cars problems had not been fully resolved the way they handled me as a customer was second to non. Norman who is dealing with me is a true professional at his job.

My service book was not updated (still isn't) - this seems to have been forgotten. All past years the service book has been updated after each full service
I took my car for its MOT and decided to wait.The car passed the MOT but I was advised that it would need new rear brake pads in the near future. I was offered the opportunity to have the work carried out within an hour which I accepted.
Because your Healthcare is very good and spots any faults and the video upload helps a lot

Would have been 5 stars if it wasnt for needing to leave the car for a brake fluid change that wasnt needed.
When booking in, I was advised the car needed an "inspection service" as well as the "large" oil service. It all seemed a bit vague but I agreed. It's a shame the blown front side light bulb was not identified in the "inspection service".

As above the service provided was seamless, well informed and to the timescales advised.
Explained the hold up down to bmw rather than jct
Overall experience was quite satisfactory as I have been facing few issues with ignition coils in past. Hopefully, re-manufactured ignition coils are the answer. Timing chain diagnostic kit is the great addition as my vehicle already done 56k.

Generally my experience with JCT600 was one of being very satisfied. They picked my car up from my home address and returned it when finished.

+ I didnt appreciate being lied to about the rubber mats the last two vehicles have been from VW what ever was agreed on in the original purchase date was supplied as agreed. Will someone please get back in touch regarding this please Regards John B
The car was prepared to a high standard, the salesman Rickie Holden had prepared the paperwork in order and was a fluid process from start to finish.

Original car and deal that I cleared all checks and signed the documentation and paid a deposit on the Saturday was subsequently retracted on Monday because in that timeframe the pre-registered car was a couple of days to old for the pcp

BMW JCT600 (BRADFORD) was the only dealer that was able to find me a vehicle to my spec where as all others failed.
Purchase was good. The delivery day paperwork was drawn out. Also considering this was a high value purchase for my wife a gift such as flowers has previously been the norm.
Everything from the minute we walked in to leaving was of the highest service even had a phone call the day after to make sure everything was ok
the sales lady- Beata Khennas was very enthusiastic and always smiling.

as per my previous comments I was dissatisfied with the whole experience. The sales assistants were friendly and helpful when I was in the dealership, however I feel ill advised and should not have to constantly follow up my own enquiry.
