When booking in, I was advised the car needed an "inspection service" as well as the "large" oil service. It all seemed a bit vague but I agreed. It's a shame the blown front side light bulb was not identified in the "inspection service".
Explained the hold up down to bmw rather than jct

I think when you get a flat tyre you shouldnt wait 2 day to get it fix

Overall experience was quite satisfactory as I have been facing few issues with ignition coils in past. Hopefully, re-manufactured ignition coils are the answer. Timing chain diagnostic kit is the great addition as my vehicle already done 56k.

Regular customer contact from a lady called Porsche.I had an engine replaced under warranty in a relatively short period considering the complexity involved. (the engine should not have failed at 68000 miles in the first place though)
Staff actually smile at customers!Staff seem professional.Central locking problem not cured but it is intermittent and only occurs in one specific circumstance which would not be able to be replicated at the dealership - No prob I can live with it!

I felt I knew more about what was going on than the staff! At first I was told my mot was due a whole month later than is actually the case. I felt the service staff didn't really know what they were doing. I'll be going to lloyds at colne next time!

All matters raised were resolved and the people working on my car were at the top of their game. My issues with my Harmon Kardon Hi Fi were technical but I was given excellent advice by the technical expert they made available to me.

The mechanic took a recording of the underside of my vehicle during the service. What I would have liked included on this service, was a recording of the change of engine oil, as I didn't see it through the service window.
Charged for parts not needed, incorrect parts put on my car, return visits needed to complete the work all which has its inconveniences. The free wash and valet is not always the best, this time my car was covered in a grey grimey misit?

After BMW had my car, during this time both rear tyres were changed, I noticed a scratch on my alloy. I don't remember doing this, but to be basically told it wasn't BMW and I should get a second opinion if I feel differently. Unacceptable.

Unfortunately it took them 3 attempts to resolve the problem I had with my car. However, the service manager gifted me a BMW M-Sport travel bag and bluetooth headphones to make up for the inconvenience I suffered.

as per my previous comments I was dissatisfied with the whole experience. The sales assistants were friendly and helpful when I was in the dealership, however I feel ill advised and should not have to constantly follow up my own enquiry.
