All aspects were spot on from booking to communications and expectations set and met
I booked 4 1/2 weeks before the repair date. 2 days before I received an email cancelling the repair due to no courtesy car available. It was pure luck I got this email as I was away. Surely a telephone call should be made to ensuring contact.

The whole experience, was so positive, beginning with the handing over of the car, through to collection when the work was complete
Excellent pick up and return, liked the video of the inspection but on return the tyre pressures were all out!had to go and find an air hose.Not pleased.

i had to ring on 4 occasions to make appointment each time i rang i was told somebody would ring back ,but they did not.when i did get through the service was very good.
The communication was great throughout and the service given whilst attending the dealership was fantastic. Very easy process and very satisfied with the courtesy car.
Car was sent in with two jobs that needed attention they fixed one,the parking sensors the other was the intermittent wipers. I was told that the windscreen sensor was not linked to the computer. Any how as soon as it rained they did not work. !!
The Service Department were efficient and professional in how they handled my visit.
It took me three attempts to Book a Service 1. Via the Website 2. I booked but apparently it did not log on the system but did show on my records as booked and 3 Finally booked and on the system. This was very frustrating trying to juggle diaries.

Purchased an item from BMW to be fitted as well - priced matched this for a competitive price - very pleased particularly with a loan car organised as well.
Excellent customer service and all work carried out as expected and a couple of faults sorted out under warranty. Everything was done in a day and a fantastic loan car.

Cost of service.Also, a suggestion that it would take a technician an hour, at over £100, to unblock windscreen washers, which took me 5 minutes on youtube and 10 minutes work.Complimentary wash/clean was poor. Expected more at these prices.

Job completed on time as promised
Didn't solve the problem, inferred it was my fault. Issue with tiwbar electrics implied there was a problem with my trailer when there had been no trailer connected to the vehicle. Had to rebook vehicle for further diagnostic work.
Took far too long to check my car into the service desk a complete palaver well over the top. Then jobs asked to be done not completed and no follow up or explanation very poor.
Very professional team and 5 star service
The car was booked in under a fast lane service to have a battery change. Given that this was supposed to be done in under 90 mins, the actual time taken was over 2 hours. This is not the first time this has happened, it's happened on the last three
Went to swap my winter tyres for the summer ones and one of the bolts was approximately twice as tight as all the rest.
Good welcome, comfortable waiting area, didn't keep me waiting.

The service advisor was very professional and courteous and I was kept well informed
It took over two hours to change over the tyres; last time it was about 40 minutes less. The tyres were also put on the wrong way around so I have to take the car back to swap back to front. This makes the first trip completely pointless.

Friendly, efficient service. Pick up and delivery service was excellent. Small fault fixed with no charge. Couldn't speak highly enough of the garage.
This is difficult to assess. The people who I dealt with were helpful and the timing was as I would have expected. However it is difficult to assess how well the service was done. Revised service date was not changed.
