Jct 600 did keep me waiting quite a long time as I was waiting for a car to get me home. They did not do everything I asked as they said the could not replicate the problem I told them. Mainly the steering it creeks when turning the steering wheel
As previously mentioned an issue which the customer considered to be a valid one was positively addressed with a satisfactory outcome.
£25 plus vat appeared on the bill with no explanation phoned but no returned call

For all of the reasons above;Wendy on servicing was informative and always kept me informed. She went out of her way to help ensure that everything was taken care of. The driver who collected my car from home was polite, respectful and professional
Booked appointment and expected to drop keys off with service at this time. We had a 30min wait, why book a time slot? We were on our way on holiday 3hrs away with the kids. Steering wheel sticky (oil) and can of cherry coke left in car on pickup

The garage was extremely helpful in the collection and delivery of my car. Everyone I spoke to at the garage were pleasant and co-operative.
BMW paid for our taxi into work (Bradford city centre). We received an e-mail with a link to a video of the car service summary and a call to say it was ready to collect.
Overall very satisfied
No issues. Agreed schedule met, courteous (if somewhat formal and pretentious) approach to customer interaction.
Very efficient service. A special mention should go to Nigel and Eddie who coordinated my service on 25 July.
The fault was only rectified on the 2nd visit. Incorrect parts were ordered for the first visit, so the work could not be carried out
Efficient , quick, included wash....and covered by warranty!
When we bought the car the salesman assured me that the car would not require servicing for 18 month, I was informed that the car needs servicing. Needless to say, I have booked the car in at another dealership!

Manage to get service on weekends, which is extremely helpful with my job. Pleasant environment for sitting and waiting, with WiFi and complementary drinks (including cans of pop).
First class service, picked car up from work, returned it, video clip of car in service emailed to me.

great service - I would have liked someone to have had a look at my curbed front alloy wheel while the car was in service. However, JCT's bodyshop is not on the same site as the showroom and I didn't have time to drive there after I collected my car

Excellent pick up and return, liked the video of the inspection but on return the tyre pressures were all out!had to go and find an air hose.Not pleased.
The whole experience, was so positive, beginning with the handing over of the car, through to collection when the work was complete

i had to ring on 4 occasions to make appointment each time i rang i was told somebody would ring back ,but they did not.when i did get through the service was very good.
Car was sent in with two jobs that needed attention they fixed one,the parking sensors the other was the intermittent wipers. I was told that the windscreen sensor was not linked to the computer. Any how as soon as it rained they did not work. !!
The communication was great throughout and the service given whilst attending the dealership was fantastic. Very easy process and very satisfied with the courtesy car.

It took me three attempts to Book a Service 1. Via the Website 2. I booked but apparently it did not log on the system but did show on my records as booked and 3 Finally booked and on the system. This was very frustrating trying to juggle diaries.
Purchased an item from BMW to be fitted as well - priced matched this for a competitive price - very pleased particularly with a loan car organised as well.
Excellent customer service and all work carried out as expected and a couple of faults sorted out under warranty. Everything was done in a day and a fantastic loan car.

In all honesty I think JCT600 realise they haven't covered themselves in glory during my visit, however it has to be said they did try and put things right which resulted in me buying a car. Thank you Lyndsey and Beata...
