A lot of, what appeared to be, waiting a round, with lots of bodies, again appearing to be doing much of nothing, may be wrong, but that's the imprecision.
As above, a problem occurred after a service but I was in France. Reported it to Bradford and on return action had already been taken to recompense me for faults in work in France
From start to finish I could not fault them

Service was completed in a good time while I waited and I received a See it now video during this wait from the technician doing a safety check, which highlighted an issue with my car.

I have had to make 4 visits to BMW in the space of 1 week, incomplete work, poor checks and then work not been done. Its been almost 2 weeks since service and re-reporting an issue and still waiting a call back
I was happy with my service only one thing that was disappointing I should have been booked in for the isofix recall but it was never booked in with the body shop which was promised I could have my service and the isofix sorted at the same time.
As above. Receptionist was really helpful also service manager and who looked after my car payment etc cant remember his name
From reception to service staff, everyone I've dealt with have been polite and capable. They have done what they have said, on time every time.
The part was installed on time and I have not had to return or question any part of the process
This isnt the first time theyve cocked up this service.

They didn't do any unnecessary work even though I had originally booked it in for front brake pads they said it didn't need them. They also attended to a special request I had to save me all the boxes from the parts for an autistic young man I know.
Still having issues with the off side front tyre going flat.The delivery driver mentioned this when he brought the vehicle back home

The work which was carried out on my X5 was very good, After the work, My car was washed and valeted by BMW Dealer, The only problem with that is It came back with Swirl mark all over my car, Which I was disappointed with, I had to machine polish out
