My car was fixed on its first visit
I am a Motability customer and not very well. I had an absolute nightmare getting my car booked in for a standard service and getting a courtesy car. My issues only got resolved after speaking to Chris Franklin, Head Of Business.
My last service / repair experience was OK, i would recommend that when a service / repair is complete, the service person takes you through the work completed and why when paying / collecting the vehicle.

I was advised that my wheel alignment was an issue and that BMW could do this for £120. I decided to take it elsewhere and was advised that there was no issue with the alignment. After paying to have it done, the paperwork shows I was misadvised!

Just a few things letting yourselves down. How you contact people when you say you will, it tends to be the customer always chasing yourselves and not you contacting the customer.

Could not be more professional
Very easy to book car in. Was given the date I wanted. Car was collected and brought back the same day. All nice and clean. Was kept informed of what they had done.
When your car is booked in, waiting in the waiting room for any length of time specifically when you've identified you'll be there at a certain time is frustrating. Ideally, you want to be in and out.
Helpful staff and efficient service
The service was excellent.I particularly liked the video that was sent to me.All very professional and customer friendly.
An MOT was carried out correctly and I was happy with this but my car is still showing a warning light. I called the servicing team back and I believe her name was Porscha to find out the reason why. It was a faulty sensor. Still not in touch.
Staff were extremely helpful. Especially Scott and Porsche who always offer a service with a smile and make it a joy to visit JCT600.

I was kept up to date throughout and any issues were managed and resolved quickly.
Very smooth process from start to finish. One minor issue with the deliver spec (I had ordered de-badged but it came with the badge affixed) was sorted with no fuss. That car was also dirty when I arrived, Ash spotted this and immediately fixed it
+ I didnt appreciate being lied to about the rubber mats the last two vehicles have been from VW what ever was agreed on in the original purchase date was supplied as agreed. Will someone please get back in touch regarding this please Regards John B
I'd travelled some distance to collect, the car was ready and waiting and everything dealt with swiftly
The car was prepared to a high standard, the salesman Rickie Holden had prepared the paperwork in order and was a fluid process from start to finish.
I cannot give Beata enough praise. Extremely professional! Always there, she regularly kept me updated during the process, answered all my questions and was thoroughly fantastic.
