The work which was carried out on my X5 was very good, After the work, My car was washed and valeted by BMW Dealer, The only problem with that is It came back with Swirl mark all over my car, Which I was disappointed with, I had to machine polish out
Everything promised was achieved but didn't quite understand the new meet and greet system

I kept an appointment for a hand brake check and a GPS s/ware upgrade, I was then told that a code for the s/ware upgrade came from somewhere else and would not arrive until the following day. I was asked to wait 40 mins. The code arrived - job done.
Collect service excellent, car return washed and cleaned.
Please forgive me if I have spelt her name wronglySanita who looked after my repair was excellent- she was welcoming and friendly and when the repair became more complicated she kept me informed and worked to get me the best deal, she was excellent.

For the last three to four years I have been getting (CHANGE BATTERY) on the check control. There is nothing wrong, the car has been stood in the garage for three months and the engine started on one push. After the service i am still seeing this

The satnav update took longer than expected. No courtesy car had been offered. I have already responded to JCT about this, and they are going to rectify this and make amends at my full service in August.

My car was taken in with 2 issues. Only 1 was resolved. The 2nd matter wasn't investigated. Service advisor Norman mistakenly believed I wasn't prepared to pay for new wipers. Replacement blades fitted, but they are still squeaking and not clearing

Extremely pleasant service from start to finish.
Called JCT600 due to leaking tyre valve, asked beforehand if repair would be covered by warranty and Jct600 confirmed repair would be covered by warranty. Took the car in, jct600 confirmed leak tyre Valve but refused to repair fault under warranty
mainly due to servicing costs are very high for basic work

My last service / repair experience was OK, i would recommend that when a service / repair is complete, the service person takes you through the work completed and why when paying / collecting the vehicle.
I am a Motability customer and not very well. I had an absolute nightmare getting my car booked in for a standard service and getting a courtesy car. My issues only got resolved after speaking to Chris Franklin, Head Of Business.
