What does our rating mean?

Our Dealership star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the last 90 days of new car sales and Aftersales service transactions, where the customer has subsequently elected to complete a customer satisfaction survey online.

"The tyre to which the customer refers was unsafe due to the condition ie Cords showing. The customer was informed and offered a price promise and we are in the process of refunding the difference. The term "back street garage" is also inappropriate."

"We sub-contract our MOT Testing due to constraints placed by the Ministry of Transport. We use an authorised examiner,stringent standards are therefore upheld and I feel the use of the term "back street garage" wholly inappropriate."
