Poor communication, was given a 320d as a replacement against a 640i, refuelled the replacement vehicle the day before I was informed that my car was ready for collection having been informed a day earlier that this would be a further 2 weeks.

Booking your car in to get a repair done is a nightmare!! I discovered that the call gets put through to a central booking centre. Took over half an hour to get through. Once booked in it was dealt with very efficiently. Excellent service.

Service of the car was good. Would have been 5 stars if courtesy car or even a lift was offered. Unfortunatley Customer service care was lacking and I didn't really feel appreciated. As a bmw dealership I expect that if I were to recommend to others.

On this occasion, we were looked after very well by Norman. He is an amazing person who took the time to listen to our concerns and ensure that our instructions were followed. A friendly, thoughtful and genuine person who is an asset to JCT600.

I have been let down on a loan car when I brought my car in for the work to be completed even though this was booked in advance. the car had to be returned due to a fault created whilst the repair was fixed.
