Waited 10 min to collect the car for no apparent reason service appalling

I find that JCT are very methodical picking vehicle up and delivering as per telephone conversation Understood the cost and pleased with the wash and vac when delivered

Waiting times when leaving and especially picking up the car were excessive - I had to wait 15 mins when leaving the car and 30 mins when collecting my car to see an available person.

I dealt with Tony Mitchell from the sales team and he was absolutely excellent. Having bought many cars previously and not enjoyed the experience Tony was a different class. A great bloke Honest and decent from the outset.

Thoroughly satisfied. There was a problem with one of the new tyres fitted but they resolved the problem which wasn't their fault

Oil mark on the drivers inside oyster door trim, proved challenging to remove. Have experienced oil marks on light interior trim on a number of service visits across three different dealer groups. Technicians need to exercise greater care!

Took numerous visits to find out what was wrong with my car. Got told to drop it off at 8am. Was sat in the same place all day and didn't get looked at until the following day, then told me the problem i already knew and told them.

The staff were very busy and under pressure on my arrival but on my return in the afternoon I received the usual attention to detail and professionalism. The video of the engineer working on the car seems to have been discontinued since my last visit

New tyre was put on car as part of work. Would have expected the alloy to be clean when handed car back. Rest of car was washed so it seemed odd this had been missed.
