Car had to go back in to correct issue with not replacing the brake fluid cap after last service.

I asked for my rear windscreen heater to be looked at, it still is not clearing the top three lines. When I booked it ion the lady who took my keys said that the elements do go-it is only 18 months old.... it is still not working

I put two signs in the car asking for it not to be washed, and the lady seeing to me told me it had received a complimentary wash and vacuum, even thought she hadn't seen the car and wasn't aware of my signs, otherwise would've been 5 stars.

Tried really hard but because of minimal experience had to rely on emails to BMW and took three weeks to diagnose and perhaps fix the cause of repeated drive train warning

I was Lloyds BMW Customer from last 9years, but due to busy schedule i have contact first time to JCT600 really disappointed with the customer service, I've rasied my concern to service manager, but i'll not go back to JCT600 anymore.

Norman at JCT was incredibly helpful. To find the problem and then liase to get it covered by BMW when the car was officially out of warranty was exceptional. He kept me informed throughout the process and even Offered me a courtesy car. Amazing!
