Service seems good, check video was useful. Clean given to it was definitely just a hose down, cleaner than when I left it but was expecting it to be given a proper clean (not a full valet or anything, but a cursory wipe down at least)

As above. Plus, whenever you go into JCT600, whilst the receptionists are OK, the sales staff don't even say Good Morning; an experience I have had many times. When loking for my current car late 2017, I went in at least half a dozen times and same!

Poor communication, was given a 320d as a replacement against a 640i, refuelled the replacement vehicle the day before I was informed that my car was ready for collection having been informed a day earlier that this would be a further 2 weeks.

Booking your car in to get a repair done is a nightmare!! I discovered that the call gets put through to a central booking centre. Took over half an hour to get through. Once booked in it was dealt with very efficiently. Excellent service.
