The staff were very busy and under pressure on my arrival but on my return in the afternoon I received the usual attention to detail and professionalism. The video of the engineer working on the car seems to have been discontinued since my last visit

New tyre was put on car as part of work. Would have expected the alloy to be clean when handed car back. Rest of car was washed so it seemed odd this had been missed.

What let's the job down is wiping all the confit. All my seat settings memory, all the short cuts on the head unit and telephony connection etc all needed redoing. Just really annoying

The woman who was dealing with me didn't want to listen about the problems with the vehicle as they were too busy. I was told to collect vehicle at 4:00pm, however when I rang BMW I was told it wasn't ready and someone will call me-no called me back.

Tyre pressures not checked despite saying they were. Dust cover not removed on one valve (stuck on) and likelihood was that valve was damaged whilst trying resulting in a slow leak and TP warning system activating

when i booked over the phone i got 2 weeks waiting after i been there in person changed this for 1 week and explain what happen with my car rely frustrated when i get my car back not fixed and no any resolution only car washed all for £120 !!!

The reception that you are given at Jct600 is excellent, we were greeted by a tall gentleman named Norman a service advisor who greeted us promptly with a handshake. He kept us informed and updated about our car he is an asset to BMW and JCT 600.

Service seems good, check video was useful. Clean given to it was definitely just a hose down, cleaner than when I left it but was expecting it to be given a proper clean (not a full valet or anything, but a cursory wipe down at least)
