Been coming here 18 years never again No customer service we phoned every day no one returned our calls. Disgraceful. Sept You phoned to say car was ready Came to collect was waiting almost 1 hour Just to pay to collect car only person waiting

I was advised that the recall remedial work was a 15 minute job and would be done whilst I waited. I was left waiting for 3 hours as the front desk hadn't informed the service dept I was waiting.

Issue regarding bad communication

Work was done well and the car returned very clean. However the return was delayed due to the request for an MOT being missed at both the booking stage and on the check in notes section.

The day of the service was fine but when arranging the appointment I had asked about the cost of a new battery. I did not receive a response. In the week before the service i called and asked what was scheduled for the service. See below.

Poor communication , service advisor has a lack of mechanical knowledge to understand and be in such a technical position in my opinion. Just very low cuatomer service.

I was very happy with the overall experience, EXCEPT that one of the the videos that I was sent,8 mysteriously showed a piece of metal puncturing one tyre. The tyre also showed signs of quite severe cracking. This later proved not to be my tyre

Car was misdiagnosed staff were condescending receptionist was rude workshop manager made no sense in his explanation Took to independent garage who started car sent video within the hours Issue recall it went in for had not been done very unhappy

Liked the self check in process. Receptionist pleasant and lady who provided keys back very pleasant. Liked the video review. Gave 4 stars as the car had been washed outside with a not so thorough vacuum inside. Either do it all or not at all.

Never the easiest people to deal with. They always have an edge when you ask anything not on their script, always a feeling you're an inconvenience and they don't have time to help. Service done OK and the C&D man was excellent a really nice guy.

The car failed its mot Monday I was told the parts would be there the next day, I was told it the car should be ready by end of play Wednesday, it wasn't, Thursday I started to panic as we had a funeral Friday finally at the 11th hr it got done.

Slow response to ordering the required parts. Parts where identified on Tuesday 17th February but not ordered until later which meant the vehicle was not ready for pickup until Wednesday 25th.

Great to have my car picked up and dropped off. Didn't know the tread on 2 tyres was low (but still within legal limits) til I watched the video. If I had known at the time I could have asked my fleet rental service if they would sanction replacement
