JCT600 Bradford recieved our car from BMW assist due to a nunber of problems. Since theyve had it( been in 3 times) they have not communicated the updates, ive had to constantly chase their service team. Unable to keep promises.

The Job was completed satisfactorily and they were able to update the onboard I drive with all the service update on

After been treated like I was going to steal their curtesy car what could I say, I had to bring my ill crying wife with me to drop the curtesy car back instead of taking her to hospital.

They did not help me with my travel expenses. And left me with out a car. The lady was blunt and not helpful.
